Samsung to make ripples in tablet world by launching 4 new tablets in first quarter of 2014
Tablet world is growing and for this reason every mobile company is trying to make their place in the market. Samsung being the biggest in smartphones now has a their eyes to get a bigger bite on the tablet market by adding four new tablets in their tablet category. This can all happen in the first quarter of 2014.
According to an sammobile Samsung can launch four new tablets of different specs and prices to target most of the consumer market. These new tablets are rumored to be from 7 inches to a whooping 13.3 inches.These tablets can also contain much awaited 12.2 inch tab which has many desperate eyes focused to its release.
From what we know is that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite model no SM-T111 will be the cheapest of them all and will cost about €100 that will be roughly $138 or £85. We can spot a tablet with AMOLED screen to be there too.
Most of the consumers have a sweet spot for the much awaited 12.2 with 2560 x 1600 display size, a qualcomm snapdragon 800 with a 3GB of ram can power the device. This tablet can have an internal memory of 32GB , primary camera (rear) will be of 8MP and secondary (front) will be of 2MP. Most obviously Samsung can put the latest android 4.4 Kitkat in this device, this tab will also have a 3G compatibility.
The 13.3 inch massive tablet by Samsung can have Dual-boot system and will boot on Android as well as windows. Even though windows is not a preferable platform as Android but having both of them can make a bonus for this device.
Samsung had a 20.4% tablet market share in third quarter of 2013 coming after Apple having a 29.6% according to the data collected by IDC. These companies are all set to give bigger experience in tablet world, as it is rumored that apple can also launch a bigger ipad in the year 2014. Samsung is trying to ring the starting bell in tablet world for 2014.
It can be assumed that tn the first quarter of 2014 we will see much action in the tablet world from the side of Samsung. With CES and MWC also going to be in first quarter of 2014 as well, Samsung is most certain to unveil two of the four devices.
